Mr. Wong Yan Lung, GBM, SC, JP is a Senior Counsel and distinguished public servant who served as Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 2005 to 2012. He was formerly the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Mental Health, where he provided strategic leadership in advancing mental health policy and strengthening cross-sector collaboration in Hong Kong. With his extensive experience in public governance and long-standing commitment to community well-being and youth development, Mr. Wong brings valuable insight into policy coordination and inclusive approaches to mental health support.
