Ms. Cassy Chan is Project Manager of the Jockey Club Shining Together with Cross-Cultural Youth Project at the Division of Public Policy, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She oversees project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector partnerships, supporting research, implementation, and knowledge transfer initiatives aimed at promoting the mental health and well-being of non-Chinese youth in Hong Kong.
