Prof. Fang Gao is Associate Professor in the Department of Education Policy and Leadership at The Education University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on language, identity, and education, with particular attention to the experiences of ethnic minority and multilingual students. Through her scholarship, she examines issues of equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices in schools. Professor Gao’s work contributes to advancing inclusive education policies and supporting diverse learners in Hong Kong’s multicultural context.
